The three road bike coordinators shall make their respective calendar entries on the Club’s calendar using the following road bike template:
Title of activity in upper case: i.e. (A or B or C) ROAD BIKE RIDE – (BRIEF DESCRIPTION)
Day and date with repeat of title: i.e. Saturday, October 7 – (A of B or C) road bike ride (repeat brief description)
Meeting place and time to depart
Description of the activity, which shall include the following:
A brief description of intended route, difficulty level, expected pace, elevation gain, length in miles, and any special comments about the route.
Comments regarding snack or lunch
Comment if there is no cell service in the of the location of activity
If preferred by leader, the limit of number of riders or RSVP
Leader’s name and cell number

A-LEVEL ROAD BIKE RIDE – WEBER CANYON
Thursday, June 11 – A road bike ride up Weber Canyon
We will meet at Kamus Foodtown parking area for an on-time departure at 9:30. Suggest you park in the west end of the parking lot so we don’t interfere with the shoppers.
This will be an A-level out and back road bike ride up Weber Canyon. The ride will be about 35 miles with about 1700 feet of ascent.
Bring a snack to enjoy at the top of Canyon.
Marvin Kabatznick will lead the ride at a pace of about 15-17 mph.
There will be limited cell coverage available.
Prior to the start of the ride you must sign the Activity Release form provided by the ride leader.
