Wednesday May 7 – Moderate Hike, Red Butte Gardens
Bub Carlson will lead a moderate hike above and around the Red Butte Gardens at the University of Utah. The hike will have an 800
ft vertical, will be about 4 mi, and will take about 2 hrs.
Meet in the parking lot in front of Park City Bagels in Quarry Village, Pinebrook, at 9:15 AM OR at the parking lot behind the Pharmacy
Research Building, U of U Research Park, at 383 Colorow Dr at 10:00 AM. Since this is down in Salt Lake there will be no snow or mud, only
wildflowers. We’ll take a short snack break. Dogs are welcome.
Remember to bring the four hiking essentials. Hike participants will be asked to sign the club waiver to be provided
by the leader.
