DOGS & SUDS Picnic is back! 
Saturday, June 26 at 5:00 PM at City Park South Pavilion in Park City

The DOGS and SUDS Picnic is coming right up! June 26 at 5:00 PM at the City Park South Pavillion.  For only $10.10  join us for brats, sausages, baked beans, salads and desserts!  Portabella mushrooms, grilled too.  We will provide lemonade and water.  Otherwise, please BYOB.  Please also bring your own chair.
 

We must have your payment by Monday June 21, so RSVP now!  New this year!  You may RSVP and pay online.  Fill in the form near the bottom of the page  and click on Send RSVP button. This will take you to the Event Check Out Page. Please click on PayPal Check Out Button. Once on the paypal you can pay with a credit card by clicking on Pay with Debit or Credit Card or you can LogIn to PayPal and pay from your paypal account,

If you prefer, you can send the name and email address for each person you are paying for and a check made out to PCMSC for $10.10 each person to:

Why the 10 cents??  The club is now accepting on-line payment for membership and events. We need to be able to differentiate what the incoming funds are related to for bookkeeping purposes. The 10 cents is a descriptor that makes this task easier.

Want to have even more fun?  We need your help to make this event a success. Volunteers are however needed for:

  • Food Purchasing
  • Food Storage
  • Set up
  • Grill cooks
  • Servers
  • Clean up

We need many hands to make this event a success – please volunteer now by clicking here.

We look forward to seeing you! It’s a fun evening to catch up with old friends and meet new members at the start of a wonderful summer. Watch for email in early June with details on signing up and payment options to attend the picnic.
